1. All Sales Are Final

Because every product created on SongScribe.AI is a custom, made-to-order, AI-generated digital good, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • All song tiers (Personal, Standard, Business, Exclusive)
  • Add-ons (express delivery, rewrites, extra revisions, etc.)
  • Any digital files or downloads
  • Any service initiated after payment

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and cannot be reversed, therefore SongScribe.AI does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds for Quality or Personal Preference

Because outputs are created using artificial intelligence:

  • We cannot guarantee specific artistic styles, voices, moods, arrangements, or outcomes.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the creative results.
  • Music may contain unexpected variations, interpretation differences, or minor artifacts inherent to AI generation.

If you would like adjustments, revisions are available according to your purchased tier.

3. No Refunds for User Input Errors

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect names, spellings, or story details entered by the user
  • Wrong style selections
  • Duplicate orders
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Submitting requests that violate content rules
  • Technical issues caused by the user's device or internet connection

Please review your details carefully before ordering.

4. Non-Delivery Due to User Inaction

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The user fails to respond to revision requests
  • The user provides incomplete or unclear instructions
  • The user does not download the delivered files
  • Emails from SongScribe.AI go to the user's spam folder

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Technical system issues
  • High server load
  • AI model downtime
  • Extended revision processes

If paid express delivery is severely delayed due to an internal technical fault, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

6. Store Credit (Rare Cases Only)

Store credit may be issued only if:

  • SongScribe.AI fails to deliver any product at all, AND
  • The user has complied with all content requirements and provided all necessary input.

Store credit is:

  • Not transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Valid only for future SongScribe purchases

Store credit decisions are final and at the sole discretion of SongScribe.AI.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are treated as a violation of our Terms.

SongScribe.AI reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Revoke all licensing rights
  • Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and damages
  • Provide payment processors with evidence of delivery

By purchasing, you agree not to file false or fraudulent chargebacks.

8. No Refunds for Service Modifications

SongScribe.AI may update, improve, or discontinue features.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Feature changes
  • AI model changes
  • Removal of optional tools
  • Platform updates
